Student Character Policy
Each student is required to read and sign the Living Hope Bible School ethics agreement included with the student applications.

Academic Guidelines
Grading system includes test grades, homework, service, and required reading. You may re-take tests if a passing grade is not made. There is a $5.00 fee for test re-takes.

A=93-100, B=85-92, C=77-84, D=70-76, F=0-69 or incomplete

Attendance Policy
Class attendance is taken very seriously. You will be allowed 3 excused absences per academic year. If you must be absent for any reason, please let a member of the LHBS staff know at least 1 week ahead if possible. It is the student's responsibility to get all class materials for all missed classes and complete work assignments before attending the next class.

Emergency absences will not be counted against your grade. In the case of an emergency absense, please schedule a meeting with the LHBS Administrator to discuss your emergency situation.

Tuition and Financial Policy
There are three ways in which you may pay for classes.

1. A $25.00 Payment made every week, one week in advance.
2. A monthly payment of $100.00 made at the beginning of each month.
3. A total payment of $900.00 made at the start of the academic year.

Corresponding students must pay for each class before receiving class materials. Please add $10.00 per month for shipping and handling.

Book Purchases: it is the student's responsibility to purchase all books that are mandatory for class. A book list will be given/sent to each student. Books will be available through the bookstore at LHBS at a discounted price.

Refund Policy
In the event that a student must withdraw from LHBS, refunds will be given back as such: 100% before the first class, 75% after the second class, 50% after the third class, 0% after third class.

Class Room Policy

1. Students are expected to be on time and seated before the start of each session.
2. Please hold questions until after class, when possible.
3. Turn off all cell phones while class is in session.
4. Students may be required to help sest up and clean up classrooms.
5. Please clean up after yourself.

1. Please make an appointment to discuss school with school administrator or any teacher.
2. CDs of each class will be available for a cost of $2.00 each.

1. Have a class average of above 76.
2. Have all tuition and fees paid up-to-date.
3. Have all class assignments turned in.
4. Have finished all required reading.
5. Have all service logs turned in.
